Pastoral Care

In understanding personal care and well-being, we are holistic in our approach, recognizing the need for health of Body, Soul and Spirit. We all need support and encouragement in our journey throughout life and here at Edge we offer this care through different relational expressions.

Our Pastoral Staff and Elders are available to talk and pray, and to offer spiritual advice, as well as practical encouragement and support in times of need. This is available to anyone who considers Edge home.

We also offer the following Professional/Specialised Roles:

Counselling
Spiritual Direction
Supervision

If you would like to know more, or would value seeing someone in any of the above, please call the church office.
Please note that these professional sessions will incur a fee.

We also have a Prayer Box available at the back of the auditorium for those of you who have prayer requests. Pieces of paper for this are on the Welcome table. This will be checked each week and the staff will be praying into these throughout the week.

Prayer Room

The prayer room is a place where you can come and spend time with God, reflect on different aspects of who He is or on your relationship with Him. It is an open space where you can creatively express your prayer needs and your praise to Him through the forms of art, painting, writing etc.

The prayer room is open Mon-Fri, 9am-3.30pm.
